      Culture, Benefits, Collaboration between teams, Busy

      Cons

      Management , Base pay is lower compared to other companies but they have RSU and 12% Bonus. Depending on manager little work/life balance.

      If you are looking to relax with good work life balance - join this company. Hike better compared to other Indian IT companies.

      Cons

      Not much learning after 1 year. Leadership is not flexible for work from home and makes it a point to monitor if employees are reaching office by time. Immediate manager is biased towards particular group of people and ignores others. Not much growth in terms of position/role. You will not get good company of colleagues here. After sometime you will realise the need to get out. Office not good enough to allow recreation.
