      Great friendly staff, management is kind and the environment is laid back.

      Cons

      No room for career growth due to everyone remaining in their current role waiting for their opportunity to move up. Management is very disconnected from your day to day responsibilities. When it comes to learning you will learn on the fly with little to no assistance. Prepare to teach yourself most of your role.
