      Pros

      Great internship experience and received 1-on-1 mentorship throughout the whole summer. Allowed me to focus on my skill set and how I could best benefit the division. Welcoming atmosphere!

      Benefits were good. Company vehicle was nice.

      Cons

      Pay was lowest in my 15 year career. work load was highest in 15 years. I saw three long term 12 year employees get their jobs eliminated. American tower does NOT care how many years you've been with them, you'll just be a number in the end. Work loads have been doubled even tripled. Other employees that were eliminated remaining employees forced to absorb tasks.
