      Decentralized inconsistency, Millennials who?

      Pros

      Great work-life balance in Corporate offices. Above average pay almost everywhere. Great environment for older workers. Battlefield promotions still in existence. Amazing C-suite team, easily explained company values and the revenue-generation model is beyond rich.

      Cons

      Top-down environment and highly political. Not everyone follows the values, and HR department is not helpful. Out of touch with what Millennials want from a company - e.g. training, opportunity, career path options. So process-driven (and several types of process planning) that company can't get out of it's own way, and it takes at least a year for any change to occur.

      Pros

      Great environment, great offices around the world, good work experience, good salaries, you can travel around the world for projects or meeting other colleagues.

      Cons

      Actually there are not many cons, I could just say that there were some huge changes in Global It Team and are a lot of new oportunities.
