      I'd recommend working at American Tower. They have a good atmosphere and you get out what you put in.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be hard to get the growth you're looking for internally. You need to make sure the right people are aware of the work you do.

      Pros

      Great people, excellent benefit package, and job stability. This is the perfect low risk low reward job for somebody who is willing to work hard and collect a pay check. Benefit package includes RSU's which offers good value.

      Cons

      Overall, I have not seen a lot of staff to manager level promotions. If you are ok with being a staff level accountant and make a decent paycheck, this is a great place. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow as a leader, this is a stepping stone. Probably not the worst con out there.
