Great benefits, interesting job opportunities, stong global company, lots of people who care about the company and its success. Great equity package. Senior leadership is ethical and has helped navigate the company through a difficult global economy. It's part of a global industry that is growing quickly.

Cons

It's growing fast and therefore to be successful, it takes someone who is fast-paced, able to change directions quickly (and without complaint), driven and able to build relationships quickly. It's fairly conservative so you need to look and act the part.
