      Pros

      It has a very friendly atmosphere. I loved working with the people there. It is a very flat organization and they respect all their employees. it is a very non hierarchical company.

      Cons

      the pay is not that great. It is a very sales driven organization and all the other departments are not given that much importance.

      Don't Join ATC IT SSC Gurgaon Sector 44. Only join if you have no other option.

      Pros

      THERE IS NO GOOD REASON. No Genuine employee can honestly mention anything good about this company. Every Good review about ATC IT SSC on Glassdoor is written by management team and is a BIG LIE to manipulate people into joining the company.

      Cons

      1. They fire employee and contractors without any reason. 2. Highly biased on caste and religion. 3. 100% attrition every year. 4. No career growth. 5. No on-site opportunity (Only selected people who are close to managers get the chance). 6. NO work from Home. 7. No Flexi timings (Still you will have to work late hours and you will be expected 9;30AM). 8. No Transportation 9. No Cafeteria 10. Non Veg food is not allowed in office as some managers are veg.
