      Cons

      India management is cheating their employees. Experienced persons are hired and later replaced with Freshers. No learning for experienced professionals. India management not transparent to the employees. Interview selection is not transparent. Only a particular person's refrerrals are selected. Management making their numbers by replacing experienced employees with freshers.
