No planning for sites, it's the random assignment of sites via call. just imagine you are assigned two sites altogether opposite ends of a state back to back very next day. 2. People managing the sites are highly unprofessional. they follow the sweatshop culture. 3. They have the mentality of owning you that too for pennies. be ready to clock 90-95 hrs a week for 15-2 k pm. Yes, you read that right. 4. No appreciation no benefits.
