Extreme nepotism,intimidation and incompetence by most heads of department. Selective use of standards to obscure potential or avoidable unsavoury incidents,practices and personnel. ATC/American Towers globally is actually great. It is a very lovely place to work in other countries but the Nigerian leadership especially most of the HoD's utilize fear and cronyism to cover up or force their desired outcomes. All the expensive leadership and emotional intelligence trainings they attend are of no use.
