      Pros

      Good pay, good working conditions as a telecommuter, good, diverse work force. Many talented people work there. Excellent benefits package

      Cons

      The management leaves a little to be desired when it comes to communicating future plans and needs to the field. Line managers were better but because of lack of info from upper management they had limited info. Training for remote employees was not as good as it should have been.

      Pros

      Salary and bonus were good. Hours weren't too bad. Benefits were reasonable. Boston, Marlboro, and Woburn offices culturally seem like you're working for 3 different companies, however.

      Cons

      Very uneven management team, with too many promoted too early to manager and director level jobs. It really seems like the ship is in need of a few more able captains to keep the crew in order. Boston office culture in particular is very unfriendly.
