      Pros

      A chance to work with good people and technology. Design & deployment engineers and some project managers work well as a team. Technology aspect is very good.

      Cons

      Little to no work life balance, stressful environment, and CAD team has no clue what they are doing. I was promised a long term assignment and then was laid off 8 months into my 12 month contract.

      Benefits are good - decent vacation time, excellent 401k matching, great short term disability policy

      Cons

      From a creative standpoint you're told to "think outside the box" but then when you do, you're told it's "too weird" and you basically do the same thing over and over again

      Great pay, and the food was amazing.

      Cons

      Entry -level employees are treated like pawns, when not needed anymore they are quickly disposed of. The middle management of contractors is non existent,and has a bad attitude.
