Pros
The people on the team were fantastic. I felt like ATC, although a large corporation did a good job at keeping the day to day feel more like a smaller business. I respected how ATC supported their employees,
Cons
Honestly, I do not have much to say about the downside. I really enjoyed my time there and made some good friendships. I felt like I was never trapped, there was growth opportunity if I pursued it etc.. I just had another opportunity come out of left field that I could not pass up, otherwise I would probably have never left.
