      The benefits are okay. Boca Raton is a great place to be.

      Cons

      Pretty stultifying atmosphere. They already knew everything about everything. Hiring you was a favor to YOU that they expect to be repaid. There isn't anything in it for them. It's even strange that you even THOUGHT you had anything to offer from your vast experience in technology. We are an n-billion dollar company, and you need to feel honored to be a part of it, instead of trying to improve our business with your technology and expertise. Who do you even think you are?

      Benefits. Great people is some departments.

      Cons

      There has been a high overturn for quite sometime. Unsure of the new management. Micromanagement style. No movement to other departments unless you're friendly with the hiring management.
