      Cons

      Severely underpaid for my title despite an off-cycle raise and a promotion. It would have taken me at least 2 more years at ATC to even get close to the market average salary for my position. My managers recognized this but were prevented from increasing my salary by HR. Communication between departments was limited, which resulted in lots of problems, reword, missed requirements, and delays. Major business decisions are made without consulting IT, resulting in unforeseen limitations and friction.

      Contract pay was competitive. There were no other pros

      Cons

      Depressing work environment. Contract workers were isolated and treated as utterly expendable. Out of 4 contract hires 3 were fired without notice or explanation.
