Pros

Boston and Marlborough locations have some room for growth...kind of... unless there is a re-org to save the C-level management.

Cons

Upper level management (VP and above) are not worthy of the positions they hold. To them you are just a number and a salary that can be cut when a new contract is coming up.

Pros

Paycheck and flextime if your area/dept isn't short handed but every area is short handed.

Cons

Very little training. Managers are inexperienced and demanding. No respect for employees. " move up or move out" in some cases but there are so few opportunities to move up that using that expression is stupid, especially if you don't work at corporate. Raises are laughable. Don't trust HR.

Very few opportunities for advancement and low salaries (management would argue that good benefits make up for low salaries)
