      Pros

      - financially stable company - company focused on growth and staying current in industry

      Cons

      - terrible pay, way below market - for all their talk about "flextime", it is very limited and not at all flexible - management very out-of-tune with the "little people" and realities of daily work at lower levels - poor inter-department communication/relationships

      Good place if you want a 9-5 job with low stress in exchange for low pay

      Pros

      If you're looking for a 9-5 job with low stress and don't mind a below market salary in exchange, then this is the place for you. I liked the casual atmosphere. Benefits were on par with market. The group I worked in was family friendly in the sense that managers were willing to accomodate adjusted work schedules but they did not allow employees to work from home.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities or career growth. Jobs are very narrow in scope with little room to expand into a larger or more complex role. While this may be efficient for the company it makes for a very monotonous and excessively routinized job. Very little communication between departments except among management.
