      Pros

      Excellent benefits, tech support, tech allowance, team atmosphere. Transitioned to full remote seamlessly. Office environment was friendly but facilities leave something to be desired. Work is varied with daily opportunities to work cross-functionally. Company is making efforts to be flexible and allow for work life balance.

      Cons

      Office politics. Internal groups are slow to get things done or provide necessary approvals, too many middle managers, difficult to move up unless you are at the company a very long time and are well connected. Frequent re-orgs that are typically more symbolic than anything.
