      Pros

      Good benefits, exposure to many aspects of the company, good compensation package. Office in back bay. Mostly WFH schedule.

      Cons

      Probably the worst year of my life working here, be prepared to miss 7/12 holidays and work late/weekends. Team I was on had a couple great people to work with but overall little to no training structure. Mid management had a micromanaging style and I eventually left because I felt devalued everyday as an employee and person. In the office, you’ll work alone, eat alone. Little to no “team” environment.
