Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Farily comfortable office. Some departments are better than others in terms of employee motivation and morale, so look for those departments. There's also incredible job security here for at least the next few years as all the carriers race to upgrade their networks.

Cons

Not much chance of advancement unless you're willing to forego having a personal life and become a "Yes Man" to the managers. There is also a definite emphasis on quantity over quality here.
