      Pros

      Good pay if you get commissions. Great industry, lots of growth potential, nice benefits and stock purchase plan with matching.

      Cons

      It's difficult to advance if yo don't have the right connections. No real fostering of leadership or creative ideas. over complex systems and slow network

      Pros

      Great benefits; good culture; interesting and challenging work. Base compensation is okay, but bonus and RSUs are very generous. Fast pace, challenging work. Where else do you have a company where "Have Fun" is one of the core values?

      Cons

      Regional alignment of business promotes working against cross-regional collaboration. US operations have a very snobby attitude toward corporate and international regions.

      Pros

      Benefits are the best. Executive management seems to be trying to move in the right direction.

      Cons

      Too many people who are allowed to cut down co-workers instead of being concerned with doing a better job and equipping others. It seems as though it's even rewarded. Not enough training and not enough involvement from managers.
