Work life balance. Generally around a 30-40 hour work week.

Cons

Weak management, especially at the mid-level. Growth days are behind them in the US geography. Super slow to execute projects. Slim to zero room for growth. Raises were 2% despite high inflation and a promotion after two years is generally 10%. Health insurance was mediocre and 401k match had a lengthy vesting period. Nice people but not very impressive from a talent perspective compared to top firms located closer to downtown Boston.
