Great company to work for. The management is very proactive with employees and is open to younger employees starting a rewarding career.

Cons

Only downside is many roles start as a contractor. I was lucky and got hired full time shortly after starting as a contractor. Some people it took longer. It depends on the department you’re in but missing out on full time benefits can be tough
