      Pros

      Very personal, and people care about you. Everyone works together.

      Cons

      Run very old school and management is a little chaotic. Told my coworker and I we should work for a bunch of different companies to get the experience (not sure why your manager would tell you to look for other jobs right after telling you how well you're doing - might be a good thing that they're looking out for us, but also not a great look on the company)

      Great benefits, good work life balance, but it can't combat the cons...

      Cons

      Toxic leadership in some areas of the company mostly at the executive level. The tenure of the average employee is quite long, new ideas are not easily accepted. Many of the managers and high level supervisors have been in the same position forever, this makes progression difficult and new ideas even more so.
