      Pros

      Company is growing quickly and functions on a smaller staff of employees than most in the telecom industry. This does allow for exposure to a wide range of areas and growth in your career. The stock programs are the only good component of compensation.

      Cons

      Growth does mean longer work hours. Upper management does not listen to the needs of employees or adapt to the changing workplace environment. The stock compensation keeps employees tied to the company and most are actually unhappy working there. Salaries are extremely low compared to market.
