      Pros

      There's something new to learn everyday at American Tower. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, providing constant opportunity for personal growth and career development. Teams across all departments are always willing to answer questions, and the way teams work cross-functionally provides a lot of insight to the company and telecom/wireless/real estate industry. It's great to be a part of such a large industry player and be able to make an impact every day.

      Cons

      It's a work hard, play hard environment, requiring full-time commitment to your job. However, this is only really a "con" if you're dissatisfied or unwilling to give 110% to your career.

      Co-workers are great, make coming to work worthwhile.

      Cons

      Management is very negative, does not know how to retain or appreciate hard working employees. Workload can be extreme for amount of compensation provided.
