It’s a job some of the people are nice to work with. They hire felons

Cons

Management lies all the time. Low pay for area. They clearly have favorite employees. They will promise pay raise but won’t get it They took away profit sharing and attendance bonus They are always understaffed Expect you to do 2 or 3 peoples jobs, Then when your raise Comes always forget that. Insurance sucks.

That's a job and get lots of overtime to make up for low pay and poor benefits

Cons

You can't trust management you can't trust HR do you have an accident is everything I can do to fight it so you don't get workman's comp
