Great employees and co-workers, state leadership and upper management is very good and always willing to help

Always under budget constraints from corporate hindering operating our districts as needed, always having to cut preventive maintenance to help with the bottom line of satisfying our stockholders

The company has been very much into diversity and inclusion and this makes it so much comfortable to work with peers. Stable company that allows lateral movement for growth. A company that has paid its employees a bonus despite a hard year of the pandemic. Grateful for working for such an organization

More challenging work and better processes need to implemented.
