      Dependable industry, good benefits, wonderful upper level management, decent salary, truly care about the industry, tuition assistance program available.

      Cons

      Incompetent human resources department, horrible human resources department, bullies work and run the human resources department, harassment by human resources department.

      Very ethical Company. Excellent Benefits Good pay Strong industry and more secure then others Employees are treated with respect and dignity

      Cons

      Sometimes not as forward thinking and moves more slowly in that venue. Requires an idea to be put forward multiple times in some instances before it takes hold and moves forward.

      AW appears to understand both their target market and what they need to do to serve the needs of their customers....

      Cons

      .... except sometimes the silos get in the way of the big picture. Many changes are taking place to reinvent the firm, but sometimes it appears the process is more important than the end goal.
