      At the time of my employment, the good benefits and generous time off policies were a hold-over from a previous European owner (before the stock went public).

      They post job openings that they never intend to fill as a means of holding money in their budgets they would otherwise lose.

      Stable job and industry. Get out of office. Outdoors.

      Union is tough to work with at times. Supervisors didn't work OT that much. Weekends and holidays are a must though.

      Good pay and Benefits and retirement

      Cons

      Company expects to much of their frontline employees. The Frontline workers are constantly scared to make the smallest mistake because they will have to go through a company investigation that takes weeks or months to complete. More than likely they will be fired over something as small as a scratch on a truck.
