The projects you get to lead/manage, a lot of really good coworkers. The company expects a lot out of you but will support your efforts and growth if you’re interested in moving up in the company. Insurance was top notch. Bonuses (or AIP) was typically good.

Cons

Not many significant ones. Business development goals were grossly unrealistic in our state.
