      Great place to work

      Pros

      The culture is strong, supportive and evolving with the times. The leadership is transparent and approachable. Everyone is encouraged to be involved and given opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      The environment fluctuates by the seasons and can only be manipulated by fans and heat, due to the wood's reactive nature, we only monitor the humidity within the building.

      Terrible work environment

      Pros

      The people are fun to work with at least and work is very easy and repetitive.

      Cons

      Too much overtime and there's too much work. The managers do not know how to handle basic administrative duties and do not care enough to listen to numerous complaints from their employees. Lots of favoritism and a complete toxic work environment. You're better off working someplace else.
