Pros

I quit before I developed cancer.

Cons

I operated the pump room. A room full of highly toxic chemicals. Somewhere around 100+ 50gal drums of misc chemicals ranging from UV top coat to formaldehyde. We had many many job functions and there were only ever 2 men operating during a shift. We really needed at least 3. Our PPE only consisted of safety glasses and gloves. I requested more/better PPE several times and even filled out forms and never recieved anything. I've had chemicals splash into my eyes, melted off my gloves, bare hands in liquids, melted off my shoes in a chemical spill, and destroyed every artical of clothing I'd ever worn to work. I was paid around $12 an hour for what I was dealing with. An absolute joke.

Pros

Decent pay, good to new hires for a while.

Cons

H.r. doesn't care about the people that have been there for years, only care about keeping new hires, can't move into good job unless your gay/lesbian/transgender, starved for hours in fall and winter seasons, upper management has it's favourites that run the place, company wastes money on useless improvements and safety programs and then holds it against our bonus
