Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. This position provided great perspective into the working world for me when I was still in college and interning.

Cons

Being an intern, I didn't experience many notable cons.

The culture. It's all about the great culture, and it is taken seriously. Caring is preached and practiced.

Cons

Maybe a downside for many is that most of the locations are in isolated rural areas.
