Pros

Working from a home office with the chance to grow your business in your geographic area. Minimally supervised, so you run your business as you see fit. Bonus available by meeting sales goals

Cons

Not much room for growth and raises are very slim. Not meeting sales goals will keep you stagnant in your position.

Pros

Great employee development. Lots of growth opportunity. Good culture. Good collaboration across the company. Generous relocation benefits. Great cross company leadership development.

Cons

Smaller towns make it hard for signicant other to find meaningful employment. Everybody knows everyone everywhere you go. Stringent policies make it difficult for good employees. Benefits aren't great for line level employees.

Pros

Laid back, great work environment, allow for independent and creative solutions. Management listens to you, group and small team set up is nice.

Cons

Technologically slow. Management may listen, but applies only to top tier agenda for major changes. Systems are modified with band-aids instead of large system overhauls.
