Pros

AWC has the best team atmosphere in the industry. The mere nature of cabinet business does not always promote the different departments to work with each other. That is never the case at Woodmark

Cons

Not having a home office in every market

Pros

Everyone at the Service Center is dedicated to providing excellent service to the customers. Excellent value for the product and service provided. Strong market share

Cons

Tons of cronyism and nepotism which leads to limited upward mobility and unnecessary internal feuding. In 2016 Corporate instituted a point system for tardiness and absenteeism which penalized employees for taking time for scheduled doctors visits. Which is one example of how corporate and local leadership micro-managed.

Very interactive and exciting team! The culture here at AWC is unmatched compared to any other company I have worked for.

Cons
