For Kingman and no degree

Pros

This job is a very good job compared to others in Kingman. It's starts out at $10.55. You get raises based on performance and bonuses every 3 months . 401k ,paid holidays, accidental life insurance equal to 10k.....

Cons

You only get 10 minute breaks. A 30 minute lunch. You work mandatory overtime(which some people like). The paint room where I worked is pretty brutal in the summer. There is no air conditioning and your working in a room with 10 giant door ovens. The work load always increases in the summer. Remember it's a production factory.

Pros

Good culture, benefits, growth potential throughout company. Decent training in place. Good new employee on boarding.

Cons

Pay scale isn't great. Not good about weeding out low and poor performers.
