Good pay. The people that work here are kind. (The floor staff).

Cons

I relocated for a position with the company and WOW! The leadership team is really kind, but they are heartless. I know I know...how can you be both? Well, I don't have the answer. I do know this, I got sick, then I got sacked. I needed them more than ever (and the insurance) and they basically told me I was no good to them "ill".
