Good place to work but needs to catch up to modern companies

Pros

Good local environment, good benefits, fair pay for the work, empowerment and can build your own team. Always giving to charities.

Cons

Upper management at corporate is out of touch and doesn’t listen. Always knows best and just does what they want. Saturday work needs to stop. Not much growth opportunity.

Pretty stable job there's work and hours

Cons

You get overworked and expected to stay overtime everyday they get upset that you have plans after work and have to leave at your 8hrs of work,you get over worked and the warehouse gets really hot

I was there for 3 years. I was making 3.00 less than a new hire. The company picks and choose who to pay a decent wage to.
