Pros

Good pay, Good people, easy work. Granted a lot of vacation and sick time and pay raises happened often. Not bad

Cons

Work hours were weird. Starting at around 4am and getting off at 1pm just felt like a weird time to be working. Also a lot of unexpected overtime that you had to work, so making plans was hard.

Pros

They actually care. AWC has always treated me well, and have pushed me to grow. The management is hired for the most part within, which means they have done your job before. I find it hard to work for someone who hasn’t. Pay is good and they are as transparent as they can be about what is going on in the company. Not a lot of political posturing within the ranks

Cons

It’s honestly hard to come up with anything here, but the health insurance choices are not fantastic. They basically don’t pay anything until you hit deductibles. It’s about the worst plan I’ve had so far, even with the best plan they offer
