Pros

AE is a very supportive environment. I've learned so much being here and there are always opportunities to learn more or other technologies. AE is full of incredibly hardworking people. There is always something interesting to do and the work is meaningful and fulfilling. You will succeed here if you genuinely care about the work you're doing, the client's outcomes, and just overall doing a great job.

Cons

I'm not able to think of any real cons. They are flexible when you need it.

Managers are awesome, lots of mobility within the company, growing fast

Cons

Leadership didn't take covid very seriously, culture was lacking a bit. You show up, work, and leave.

Lack of opportunities to work with modern front end frameworks, also pay is on the lower side
