It's okay but there is room for improvement
Pros
Team members help each other out. Reasonable supervisors work to improve line of communication and provide constructive criticism. The nature of the work provides you a better understand of how the debt and debt settlement works .
Cons
1. Job Description not clear. Most of my day is trying to calm down angry clients and 5% is doing everything else I was told I would be doing. There is high turnover. You can't blame people if you don't provide an accurate description of what you will actually be doing. 2. Covid has more than doubled the workload but not our pay nor benefits. Company emailed us that overtime and monthly bonuses are compensation enough. Company thinks that overtime everyday and on the weekends is fair compensation. I'm just grateful overtime is not mandatory at this time.
