      No other way to say it, Family! Americor is an amazing career environment and the firm is becoming itself! From Management to Executive Staff, I have never worked with more of a caring family environment with a millionaire mind set. Office is Business casual and have a kitchen that has coffee on Tap , catered meals now and then. Dinners and prizes for producers and a firm willing to listen to your needs to expand. The call center is INBOUND and the leads are the best in the industry!

      Cons

      Company is a Monday through Friday firm, but to truly make a very decent six figure income, weekends is a must, but not mandatory.

      Pros

      Americor provides a refreshing positive sales atmosphere along with an abundance of leads to make $. You also get that extra bonus of feeling great because you are helping people and making a difference in their lives/future. The company takes pride in ongoing team development/training along with one on one personalized development/training. Management is knowledgeable, encouraging, engaged, and keeps things competitively fun. The company shows appreciation and listens to their employees suggestions. The sales process/systems are designed to provide ease and efficiency for both the sales rep and the client. The compensation is there for the taking, so like any sales position you will get out what you put in.

      Cons

      No real cons, the company is growing rapidly which is exciting. In hopes that as the company continues to grow the benefits package will also continue to grow.

      Cons

      Dishonest marketing strategy and they don't want you to act in the best interest of the client. Debt settlement has a low success rate but they won't tell you that.
