      You have to put in the work

      Pros

      There are people making 10- 20k a month but it requires putting in the work. You're able to do overtime and they require 1 mandatory weekend day shift. I did an hour overtime almost every day and my best commission check was 3k and I'm not the greatest at phone sales. You get your base pay check twice a month and commission check once a month.

      Cons

      You get a clawback on your commission if the client cancels within 3 months.

      Incredible Culture, Supportive Leadership, and Real Earning Potential

      The culture here is unmatched—everyone genuinely wants each other to succeed, and the environment feels like a team in the best way. Leadership is exceptional; my manager is hands-down the best I’ve ever worked with—supportive, knowledgeable, and leads from the front. There’s also real money to be made here if you put in the work. I’ve had such a great experience that I’ve already referred several friends, and I’ll keep recommending it.

      Cons

      Turnover can be high, which is surprising considering the opportunity here. Some people might underestimate how much effort it takes to succeed—but for those who are driven, it’s well worth it.
