      Great opportunity and rapid growth

      Cons

      With rapid growth comes several challenges. When taking on several employees in a short amount of time, it is up to the leads and management to insure a positive work environment. The leads and management have stepped up to this challenge and are doing a great job. Not everyone is going to be happy; however, the staff does an amazing job of accommodating everyone and there are several channels to express grievances.

      Pros

      Super busy department and great entry level department to start. within the company. Many have started in the department and have gone to move to other departments.

      Cons

      Paid Holidays would be nice.

      Pros

      There's tons of help from all different resources in the Negotiations Department, from Management, the Team you're in and all the tools and the stockpile of information at your fingertips. I haven't been anywhere else where they offer a full week of classroom like training, helpful chairsides by management and workflow reviews monthly to help me be as successful as I can be. Also, they hold Town Hall meetings to make sure that the entire department is on the same page.

      Cons

      An overload of information. Make sure that you retain and pace yourself for a fast paced, performance based floor.
