      Pros

      Gives you all the tools for success and will put effort and time and energy employees who are open willing to learn and be trained. Very flexible schedules. By far the most understanding company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      Requires time. If you want to be successful you have to be able to put in the extra hours. 8 hours a day doesn't cut it to be at the top.

      Thanks for your feedback! We are a growing start-up and are doing our best to maintain a great culture. We know 401k is something that is on a lot of employees' minds and, while we don't have a timeline for an implementation, we hope to be able to look into adding it in the future.
