Pros

I've been here for almost two years, and I've seen so many positive changes. The work environment has improved significantly. It never really feels like "work" because I genuinely enjoy the people I work with, and I love what I do, helping people while earning a good income. The company also goes the extra mile with events and great food, and it's always a nice surprise when we receive unexpected treats in the mail!

Cons

The benefits are decent but could be better.

Company has good incentives during the homidays

Cons

The supervisors literally have no filter. They criticized me after I had my baby. They don't offer paid maternity leave. When you express your concerns to HR, they will disregard it completely. It's honestly embarrassing the amount of work they expect from you for little pay, and to be treated like completely garbage from your supervisor.
