Pros

Coworkers are amazing! Very outgoing and supportive of one another. Having a support system helps the days be more manageable.

Cons

To many inconsistencies. Last minute policy or procedure changes with little to no support on how to handle them. Preparation is nearly nonexistent when these changes are made and the employees are left to figure things out amongst themselves. The intake department lacks management that provides motivation, support, recognition or incentive to their teams. Pay is far from adequate. Raises are based off leader decision and not company guidelines. Some departments see raises while intake does not even after being told one may be provided following 90 days. Employee concerns are overlooked or not taken seriously.

Pros

* Overall great people culture on personal level. * Excellent benefits * Hybrid or fully remote work.

Cons

Cons: * Was lied by the recruiter about dedicated work area for techies. You sit right next to salespeople yelling their throats out on the phone. * Down the drain technical culture and work ethics with total lack of accountability. You can pretty much get away with having your product offline for days and still have the job, as long as you don't stand up and question why this is happening, because it may hurt someone's feelings. * Tech management doesn't understand or value operations culture, resulting in uncontrollable sprawl, unprofessional work ethics and constant outages and failures. * In the end, you will get fired for asking questions like "why was this deployed without testing?", "why this firewall is off for a year?" and "why do our users have to put up with daily system crashes?", and confronting new manager for professional incompetence, because it upsets their soft people culture.
