They will occasionally buy the team food.

Cons

Terrible management... they pick and choose their favorites so that's what your performance/commission will be based on. Management has little to know experience in the field so most of the time they make uneducated decisions. Employees are constantly quitting, that should say enough.

Americor fosters a positive and collaborative work environment. My colleagues are supportive and helpful, and I feel comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance. The work I'm doing is challenging and interesting. I feel like I'm learning and growing in my role. The leadership team is transparent and approachable. They communicate goals clearly and provide the resources we need to succeed.

Cons

As a new employee, I'm still acclimating to the company and its processes. There's always a learning curve, but my colleagues have been great in helping me adjust.
