Supervisors,Coworkers, and Big Bosses are friendly and make you feel like family

Cons

No real opportunity for any new agent to move up in the company because all supervisors and higher ups have been in there position for years and aren't going anywhere

I was working on my degree at the time, so this can be the kind of job that looks like okay. Looks can be deceiving. Straight 8- 4 schedule.

Cons

Numbers game. You made a big sale, great, get back on the phone. Lots of turnover. You will be fired if you do not perform immediately.

The supervisors are extremely gossipy and will talk to you your whole shift about other people.

Cons

Employees can pretty much do whatever they want as long as they are friendly with their supervisor.
